Established CBRE – ISPT Customer Experience Team with great culture

We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Part – Time Experience Co-ordinator to support the delivery of ISPT's Property Experience Strategy and the strategic priorities of performance, partnership, and product on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be integral in assisting the Associate Director of Experience and will be responsible for helping to curate places that connect, inspire and endure through meaningful event programming and partnerships. This involves providing day-to-day support on implementation of communications, building app ownership, general administration, event logistics, Flex reception and customer support.

The Opportunity

* Implement site-specific communications and campaigns across all channels
* Assist with updating contact lists and creating sophisticated email communications
* Manage building signage and operational support, including briefing and managing agencies
* Coordinate on-site events, activations, and wellbeing programming across multiple sites
* Manage the building app, EPIC, including updating content, creating event posts, and coordinating building event schedule
* Support wider Flex by ISPT team with front desk presence where needed
Perform general administrative tasks, including ordering merchandise and managing customer experience email address queries, invoices, contractor queries and support for national customer experience initiatives

About You

* Genuine passion for providing support to people, ability to adapt and engage with a diverse customer base
* Interest and/or knowledge in technology, digital innovation, and creative businesses
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail with a creative eye
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including time management and multi-tasking skills
* Aptitude with Mailchimp or app platforms highly desirable
* Previous customer-facing experience in a high-rise property, hotel, or other hospitality asset
Studying or have achieved a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in events, marketing, or communications
