We are looking for a Data Analyst, this person
**must have prior experience in the Real Estate/Property sector.**
You will be working in an industry leading company across all major property sectors in Australia. You'll be responsible for the analysis of the industrial, commercial, retail, residential, and health markets.
There could be opportunities to grow your own team within the organisation, also you will be able to recommend tools and techs that the company can implement to improve their current processes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the property market, including trends, pricing, rental rates, and demand-supply dynamics.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations of research reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and an analytical mind that can observe trends from research data and present the information utilising data visualisation tools.
- Maintain up-to-date economic knowledge and monitor market indicators and economic factors to anticipate shifts in the property market.
**Experience required**:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Proven experience or knowledge of the Australian commercial property market.
- People facing skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement in the processes and tools used
- Previous experience with managing and analysing large datasets and knowledge of latest data analysis methods.
- Strong proficiency in data collation and analysis using Excel
- Strong understanding of economic and market trends affecting the property sector.
**Nice**
**to have**:
- Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI & Tableau
- Python experience
- SQL experience
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
