The Role
We are looking for a Client Development Manager to support new client growth and build high‐quality IT partnerships.
This is a growth‐focused role, ideal for someone developing their career in IT sales, recruitment, or consulting. You will focus on pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, and early‐stage client engagement, working closely with senior leaders and delivery teams.
What You'll Be Doing
New Business Development (Primary Focus)
* Identify and pursue new client opportunities across mid‐market and enterprise organisations
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking
* Develop new buying relationships across technology, procurement, and delivery stakeholders
* Support client discovery conversations to understand workforce and project needs
* Convert fast‐cycle T&M and workforce augmentation opportunities
* Lead proposal development and support securing new engagements
Client & Account Development
* Support early‐stage client relationships post‐sale
* Work alongside senior leaders to grow and expand accounts
* Identify opportunities for repeat demand, new projects, and expanded capability support
* Contribute to building sustainable, long‐term client partnerships
Commercial & Delivery Coordination
* Support rate negotiations, margin management, and contract discussions
* Assist in developing pricing, proposals, and Statements of Work (SOW)
* Work cross‐functionally with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Help maintain strong client experiences from sales through to delivery
What You Bring
* 4‐7 years' experience in business development, recruitment, or IT services
* Exposure to consulting, workforce solutions, or technology services environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Commercial awareness with a willingness to learn deal structuring
* Proven ability to build pipeline and support revenue generation
Nice to Have
* Experience working with T&M workforce solutions or SOW engagements
* Understanding of IT delivery models and services
