Our client is Australia's largest transport company, employing over 25,000 people across APAC. Due to an increase in workload, an exciting opportunity has become available to join the Operations team based in Chullora to support with administration tasks.
Your New Role :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for :
1. Uploading, splitting, and closing out invoices in the system for invoicing.
2. Ensuring load details are entered into the system.
3. Payroll for contractors in Kronos.
4. Preparing monthly reports.

About You :
1. Previous experience in Administration, Data Entry, Payroll, Accounts Admin, Scheduling, or Coordinating.
2. Experience in the transport, logistics, or haulage industry is highly desirable.
3. Ability to work autonomously is essential.
4. Strong knowledge of Kronos is desirable.
