Join our Housekeeping team as a Houseperson and play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and attention to detail. This position is essential in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel.
Working schedule: 7-day rotating roster, shifts between 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-9:00pm. Role offered on a casual basis, up to 38 hrs per week. Candidates must hold full working rights in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards within allocated time
* Replenish amenities and report maintenance issues promptly
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Uphold grooming and presentation standards
* Follow all housekeeping procedures and WHS guidelines
* Communicate unusual or safety-related observations to supervisors
* Greet guests courteously and assist other departments when needed
* Attend training and departmental meetings
