**Role Overview**: The primary responsibility of this role is to process lease-related payments, manage other lease obligations, and ensure general lease compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain the lease database and retrieve data as needed.
- Process lease-related payments accurately and efficiently.
- Allocate, reconcile, and adjust rents.
- Analyze and reconcile outgoings and resolve disputes related to leasing costs and charges.
- Review various lease agreements to identify tenancy requirements.
- Liaise with the Accounts Department and other key stakeholders regarding lease-related payments.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department on auditing requirements.
- Communicate with insurers regarding insurance requirements under leases.
- Engage with landlords on lease matters in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in accounting is highly regarded.
- Exposure to property administration or commercial leases is advantageous.
- Strong mathematical skills are essential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- High-level administration and organizational skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Initiative, drive, and self-motivation in facing new challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
