Your Opportunity
We have several part-time opportunities available, with flexible hours ranging from 18 to 30 per week, with both fixed-term and ongoing options.
As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS), you'll be the first point of contact for participants, employers, community organisations, and the general public. In our fast-paced Customer Service Centre, you'll deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and live chat - creating a positive first impression of CVGT every time.
This role goes beyond answering calls, every interaction matters. You'll:
* Deliver Service Excellence: Respond to enquiries with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
* Lead with Solutions: Triage requests, resolve issues with clarity, and think on your feet to navigate ambiguity with confidence.
* Enable Seamless Delivery: Manage diaries, book appointments, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Champion Compliance: Maintain accurate records, uphold privacy standards, and ensure program requirements are met.
* Collaborate & Contribute: Work within a supportive team environment where adaptability and continuous improvement are valued.

* Pre-Requisites: Full work rights in Australia, with the ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
