Are you an experienced Accounts Clerk ready to join a company shaping the future of animal health and rural communities in Australia? Apiam Animal Health is calling for a passionate professional to be part of our vibrant team.
Full time position – Monday to Friday. Based in Bendigo – Head Office.
Responsibilities
 * Manage the Accounts Payable mail inbox and distribute invoices for departmental approval on a daily basis.
 * Be the first point of contact with Suppliers for invoice payment queries.
 * Enter all invoices and employee expenses into the accounting system.
 * Schedule payment runs based on standard company payment terms.
 * Perform reconciliations including supplier statements and intercompany charges.
 * Bank account reconciliations.
 * Update and maintain the vendor database and complete credit applications.
 * Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
About you / Qualifications
 * 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
 * Previous experience working with high volumes of invoices.
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Proactive and solution-focused.
 * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 * Proficiency with accounting software is essential, with experience in ERP systems highly regarded.
 * Must be a team player and approachable.
