Key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio - leasing, tenant placement, rent collection and inspections
- Building strong relationships with landlords & tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with tradespeople as required
- Conducting inspections and providing reports to landlords
- Ensuring compliance with legislation
What we\'re looking for
- Property management experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A team player with positive attitude
- Confidence in handling day to day property management tasks
- A current and valid driver\'s licence
- Relevant property management qualifications or certifications are highly desirable
- Commercial experience preferred but not essential

What You Need to Succeed
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is preferred
- Knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act
- Experience with Property Tree, Inspection Express, FLK & Tapi
- Current NSW Real Estate License or Assistant Agent Certificate
- Valid NSW driver\'s license
- Local knowledge of Northern Rivers
