Job Description: We are seeking a Documentation Officer to maintain accurate and up-to-date master documentation for Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and business support departments ensuring compliance with Good X Practices (GxP) requirements.
Responsibilities:
* Review, update, maintain, and issue master documentation to ensure compliance with GxP, regulatory, and quality requirements
* Compile and complete the necessary documentation to update master documents in support of related change requests
* Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal, and ethical standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline
* Experience within an administrative or documentation control role (scanning, filing, archiving documents)
* Intermediate to high level of competency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
* Knowledge of Quality Systems and GMP highly desirable
