Operations Coordinator | Darwin page is loaded## Operations Coordinator | Darwinlocations: Darwintime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: JR-102155**The role**We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Office Services Assistant to join our Darwin Facilities and Office Services (FOS) team on a permanent, full-time basis.**Key responsibilities**This is a varied and hands-on role which will see you assist with the daily operations of the Perth office. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:Early Morning Daily Tasks (from 7:30)* Open office (lights on, collect newspapers, restock milk, groceries, and snacks).* Refill drinks fridge, client fridge, water cooler, and printers (paper and ink).* Maintain coffee machines and dishwasher (morning and afternoon).General Daily/Weekly Tasks* Provide reception coverage and monitor reception inbox.* Conduct rounds, deliveries, and drive staff as required.* Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including fridge checks and removal of expired items.* Arrange couriers, Australia Post deliveries, and check post office/court boxes.* Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and preparation for client meetings.* Assist interstate visitors with office access and passes; liaise with PAs.* Manage Shred-X confidential bins and Lotto duties.* Schedule services for coffee machines, water coolers, and Zip taps.* Organise firm-wide events (e.g., morning teas, lunches, Teams presentations).**Skills & Experience**To be successful in this role, you will have:* Higher School Certificate or equivalent;* 12 months experience in a similar administration position (highly desired)* Strong oral and written communication skills;* The ability to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks quickly;* Excellent attention to detail;* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat functionality; and* A polished and professional approach, aligned to a corporate law firm environment.You will also be a positive, proactive, friendly individual with a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
