This position is a fast paced, hands on role in a dynamic industry.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, including accurately processing invoices, verifying discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
Your role will involve closely collaborating with various departments to obtain necessary approvals and documentation, as well as maintaining organized records of financial transactions.
Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function.
To be considered for this exciting position you will have:
Demonstrated experience in a similar role
Sound excel spreadsheet skills
High standards of professional ethics, confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Accounting or bookeeping qualifications
Have a positive attitude to team work and be adaptable to ever changing circumstances.
