About Our School
Our Lady of the Rosary (OLR) provides students with a robust academic education within a Catholic environment. Located in the picturesque beachside city of Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, OLR is a co‑educational Catholic Parish School. With 320 students from Prep to Year Six across 14 classes, we pride ourselves on being a close‑knit community where every student and their family are known. OLR fosters a welcoming family atmosphere, a strong community spirit, and an active parent body. About The Opportunity
- Creating a nurturing and organized learning environment that is learner‑centred, supportive, cooperative and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices.
- Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programmes and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community.
- Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture.
- Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development.

Eligibility And Safeguarding Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.
- Current registration with Queensland College of Teachers.
