At Green Leaves Early Learning, our unique National Learning, Research, and Development (NLRDP) program is our commitment to supporting our team members personally and professionally. As a Lead Educator, you will be provided with learning and development opportunities, including:

* The opportunity to apply for and participate in our exclusive New Zealand Study Tour

In addition, you will be supported day to day by the Centre Educational Leader. With your strong focus on the 'Image of the Child', collaboration is key to creating a setting that ignites creativity and curiosity amongst the children, reflective of your well‐resourced, well‐planned environment.

About You

* An ACECQA‐approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
* Current and State‐relevant Working with Children's Check
* Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
* Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
* Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
