If you're interested in joining a rapidly growing organization working to build a unique, world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer, you've come to the right place.We're looking for a results oriented Sales Account Manager for our key Large Customer Sales (LCS) accounts, who is passionate about partnering with our advertisers, educating them and helping to solve ambiguous business problems.As a Sales Account Manager, you manage and deliver against complex advertiser goals and problems to drive revenue and exceed revenue targets.
You nurture customer relationships and create revenue opportunities from the advertisers you own.
You'll not only dive deep into data to understand trends, but also communicate the "why" behind results and make actionable recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you'll be able to leverage Amazon's proprietary data to provide strategic and personalized recommendations, influencing both your internal team and your external customer to facilitate them reaching their business goals.
This role is highly collaborative, working with Creative, Product, and Retail partners and will drive process improvement to gain efficiency and foster collaboration.
The Sales Account Manager's strategic digital expertise and influence is considered critical to unlocking greater value and impact for our advertisers.As Account Manager, You WillBecome an expert on Amazon solutions, understand our advertisers needs and consult them with insights and recommendations to achieve greater results on AmazonBe holistic in your recommendations including Video & Display Ads, Sponsored Ads and Retail insights to demonstrate how they are working together to achieve advertisers' goal on and off AmazonLeverage your mastery of media and communications to develop winning brand and media strategies for growthExhibit deep analytical ability and link local market performance and insights to optimize advertiser performance that fulfills advertiser goalsMonitor performance of DSP & SpAds accounts across verticals and drive one-to-many activities to improve performanceLeverage Amazon's data and your understanding of our advertising customers' business to provide guidance to C-suite marketing leaders via business reviews and frequent in-person client sessions to regularly iterate on and articulate a brand's strategyBasic Qualifications5+ years relevant experience in a client facing role including but not limited to sales, digital marketing, media agency, etc.Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to revenue growthMedia planning & brand planning capabilitiesSuccess in optimizing products and services based on client needsStrong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PPTDemonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships internally and externallyExcellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar softwareDigital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologiesSelf-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environmentAcknowledgement Of CountryIn the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
