Job Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Finance Administrator to join our accounting team. The role offers flexibility with working hours and remote work arrangements, enabling the ideal candidate to strike a balance between personal and professional life.
* Accounts Payable and Receivable management
* Expense claim processing and credit card management for accurate financial records
* Payroll administration, including PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation
* Bank Reconciliation and End of Month closing processes
* Ad Hoc accounting assistance as required to ensure seamless operations
* General Finance Administration duties, including invoicing and budgeting
* Preparation of Business Activity Statements for compliance
The successful candidate will possess 7 years+ experience in Bookkeeping, be process-focused and detail-oriented, and exhibit excellent technical skills and experience working with high-net-worth clients.

* Strong technical skills and proficiency in accounting software
