We are currently expanding our team and are looking for an Associate with 3 plus years of post-admission experience and a passion for Personal Injury Law.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing expert legal services in assisting and supporting clients in accessing their rights and entitlements under the law.
2. End-to-end file/case management from commencement through litigation to completion.
3. Conducting legal research and preparing relevant legal documents.
4. Leading client meetings and aiding in client communications.
5. Prepare and follow through matters for Conciliation, Medical Panel and Court.
6. Appear and advocate for clients at directions hearings, conciliations, pre-issue conferences, VCAT conferences and similar proceedings.
7. Working collaboratively with a diverse team of legal professionals.
8. Actively participating in business development activities that seek to grow the firm's client base, standing and reputation.
About You
1. Minimum 3 years of post-admission experience.
2. Workcover specialisation and passion for Personal Injury Law.
3. Exceptional client focus, fostering relationships based on trust and respect.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
6. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
