St Peter's Catholic College, Tuggerah is currently seeking an energetic and passionate Senior School Services Officer – Principal's Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a dynamic and cohesive team.
This is for a Permanent full-time role to start on 27 January 2026.

Specific Criteria

* Highly organised and professional, providing comprehensive administrative support to the principal.
* Managing correspondence and calendars, coordinating meetings and documentation, responding to enquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, faith‑based environment.
* Proven knowledge and experience in executive support or education administration preferred.
* Knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams and Compass preferred but not essential.
* A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety.
* Commitment to be an active member of the Catholic school community.
* Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
