Job Description
The Curriculum Leader will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of students at our school. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading whole-school curriculum planning and implementation across Prep to Year 10.
You will champion quality teaching and learning programs that support positive outcomes for every student, collaborate with the leadership team to shape school-wide initiatives, and mentor pre-service and beginning teachers to nurture the next generation of educators.
The successful candidate will drive meaningful data conversations to celebrate achievements and identify opportunities for growth, build strong professional relationships, and inspire a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven leadership experience in curriculum development and implementation
* Strong understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a leadership team
* Capacity to motivate and mentor staff
