We are currently recruiting for the following positions:
· Qualified and/or experienced Cabinet maker

What you'll be doing
Interpreting shop drawings to build custom cabinets, wardrobes, and other custom high-end furniture and fit out pieces
Operating a range of power tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble materials for projects
Ensuring all work meets high standards of craftsmanship and safety
Supported by the workshop & office supervisor & design team to produce projects to a high standard & with in reasonable time frames
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
What we're looking for
Formal qualification in cabinet making or the equivalent with experience
Proven experience as a cabinet maker, ideally in a custom or high-end furniture workshop
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to overcome design and construction challenges
Ability to read and interpret technical shop drawings and plans
Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools
Good communication skills to liaise with the workshop supervisor
A commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship & excellent attendance and punctuality
Cabinet Tech's normal operating hours are from 8am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday, with 13 Paid RDO's per year, Overtime hours will be required when requested to be worked Monday-Friday and in addition a 4-hour shift Saturdays AM.
Above award rates and remuneration packages will be offered in line with experience and qualifications.
