Summary: Oversee and execute all aspects of residential and commercial pool maintenance, repair, and water chemistry management. Lead a small team of technicians, manage routes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead Pool Technician
Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and installations of pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems).
* Maintain accurate pool chemistry, including testing, balancing, and chemical adjustments.
* Lead, train, and manage a team of 4-5 pool technicians.
* Develop and manage daily service routes efficiently.
* Maintain detailed service records and inventory.
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance.
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience as a Pool Technician.
* Current CPO certification (Certified Pool Operator) or equivalent beneficial.
* Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Experienced with quoting and repairs necessary on all pool equipment.
