The Role
This leadership role is responsible for the overall sales, marketing, and operational support of our SA business. You will assist with contract management You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, sales and negotiations, market analysis and estimating. You'll report to senior leadership and play a critical part in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead SA sales and business development, securing contracts with Tier One and major contractors.
* Support operational delivery and contract management, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with safety standards.
* Maximise asset utilisation, including fleet and equipment management, to optimise productivity and revenue.
* Develop and monitor the SA business plan, taking corrective actions to meet short- and long-term objectives.
* Promote WHS initiatives, ensuring zero harm through effective safety leadership and compliance with WHS legislation.
* Collaborate with other state teams to support broader business goals.
* Manage sales budgets, and commercial performance across the region.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in crane hire, heavy lifting, or construction equipment services.
* Strong sales and business development expertise with a proven track record securing Tier One or major contractor work.
* Demonstrated sales leadership and an exposure managing teams and operational delivery.
* Hands-on approach with the ability to engage with on-site personnel as needed.
* Solid understanding of safety and compliance in high-risk work environments (SA WHS knowledge preferred).
* Commercially minded with experience managing budgets and contracts.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in the WA market is advantageous but not essential.
