Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Signage Production Lead to take ownership of workshop operations within a well‐established and growing print and signage environment based in Busselton. This is a hands‐on, full‐time role suited to a confident operator who can manage the full production cycle, ensure quality output, and work autonomously in a fast‐paced setting. With strong systems and equipment already in place, you'll be set up to focus on delivering efficient, high‐quality results while contributing to ongoing growth.
* Overseeing production from artwork approval through to final output
* Operating and managing large‐format printing and finishing equipment
* Scheduling and prioritising jobs to meet deadlines
* Preparing and adjusting artwork files to ensure print accuracy
* Conducting final quality checks before dispatch
* Identifying and resolving issues ahead of production
* Reviewing workflow and maintaining organised workspaces
* Liaising with internal teams on job progress and priorities
* Supporting junior staff when required
* Monitoring production performance and identifying improvements
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a print or signage production environment
* Strong technical skills across large‐format printing equipment
* Advanced ability in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
* Experience producing signage, decals, banners, and vehicle graphics
* Confident working independently and managing full job cycles
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Strong problem‐solving skills and proactive mindset
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Well‐organised with a sense of ownership and accountability
* Team‐oriented with a willingness to support others

Salary
Annual Salary: A$72,000 – A$84,000 AUD
