You'll lead a large, skilled production and dispatch team, set the standard for quality and efficiency, and play a critical role in scaling a business known for craftsmanship, discipline, and integrity.
About Baker Bleu
Founded in 2016, Baker Bleu began as a neighbourhood bakery with a commitment to ethical sourcing and exceptional sourdough. Today, we operate five locations across two states, producing long‐fermentation sourdough using traditional methods, modern equipment, and highly disciplined processes.
Our growth hasn't lowered our standards — it's raised them.

* Strong, supportive leadership culture
* Targeted professional development, including tailored training delivered by external industry specialists (Evolve3)
