Our client is seeking a full-time Management Accountant to join their manufacturing operations based in Malaga. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and detail-oriented professional to play a key role in driving efficiency, profitability, and informed decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
* Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
* Monitoring and analysing manufacturing costs, inventory, and variances
* Preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports
* Providing insights to support pricing, margin analysis, and strategic planning
* Managing capital expenditure and project accounting, including R&D grant claims
* Coordinating audits, ensuring compliance, and maintaining internal controls
* Partnering with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to improve outcomes
What you'll need:
* A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification
* 5+ years' management accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
* ERP systems experience with advanced Excel skills (Power BI desirable)
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
