Day In The Life (but Not Limited To)
* Administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
* Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
* Intensive database management including entry integrity as well as contact, calendar and task management;
* Self-managing day to day tasks; and
* Providing professional communication to clients and providing a positive end to end experience.
What you will bring to the table:
* Previous experience in real estate administration essential;
* Holds a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or willing to obtain within 6 months of the role as a requirement;
* A solution focused approach with exceptional attention to detail;
* Exemplary organisation and time management skills;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities; and
* Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package.
