We're seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to own end-to-end marketing workflows, automation, and analytics. This is a Bangalore-based hybrid role. You'll work closely with the marketing team to streamline ops at an early-stage startup. Core Ops Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day operations that power marketing—reliable, hands‐on work that's essential but unglamorous. Focus on execution across:
* Website ops: Maintain and update the website (Webflow) — content refreshes, new landing pages, SEO tweaks, form & pop‐up integrations.
* Email ops: Build, manage, and optimize campaigns and newsletters in MailerLite/HubSpot.
* Drive customer reviews: on G2, Capterra, and SourceForge to boost credibility.
* Take full accountability: Spot issues in ops, fix them proactively, and iterate for efficiency. Scale marketing ops at startup speed—from A/B testing emails to integrating tools for faster execution.
AI expertise (good to have)
* Experiment with AI to enhance ops—e.g., personalizing emails, generating social posts, or streamlining SEO/backlink distribution.
What You Can Expect
* Ownership from Day 1: Run marketing ops like your own startup within Zenskar.
* Rapid growth: Master ops execution and analytics in a high-impact role.
* Cross‐functional exposure: Partner with content, field, growth, product marketing and sales teams.
* 1‐2 years in marketing operations, ideally B2B SaaS; tech background strongly preferred.
* Proven ownership: Takes full accountability & proactively fixes issues.
* Ops proficiency: Familiar or willing to learn new tools HubSpot, MailerLite, CMS like Webflow, Looker Studio, Zapier/Make.
* Strong analytics: Tracks metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline impact, review volume) and presents the reports clearly.
