About the Role
This casual position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a friendly, community-focused environment and values flexibility. You will be based across our Albany Creek and Grange clinics, acting as the welcoming face of the practice and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of both locations.
You'll play an important role in creating a caring and professional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Availability is required on Mondays, Friday and Saturday mornings, with additional shifts available to cover leave or busy periods as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing bookings, phone calls, and client enquiries
Processing payments and daily takings
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and patient-ready clinic environment
Assisting with accounts and general administrative duties
Laundering towels and preparing treatment rooms
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
* High attention to detail and strong time management skills
* Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
* Previous administration or medical reception experience (preferred)
* Experience with practice management software is a bonus
