Senior Infrastructure Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our multidisciplinary business unit, responsible for delivering critical infrastructure and community services to the local community.
This is a senior leadership role that contributes to the strategic direction and operational performance of the organisation, aligning initiatives with the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
The successful candidate will drive a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence, while ensuring compliance with legislative, financial and risk management standards.
As the Council's designated Local Emergency Management Officer (LEMO), this position leads all aspects of emergency planning, preparedness, response, and recovery.
