We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to take the next step in their career and lead a classroom where children, families, and educators thrive together.
About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you will:
* Lead and guide your room's educators to deliver high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF
* Create engaging, inclusive, and age-appropriate learning environments
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
* Model and support best practices in documentation, curriculum planning, and child safety
* Foster collaboration, inclusion, and positive team dynamics
* Support compliance and quality improvement processes
What You'll Need
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* At least 2 years of experience as a Room Leader or Lead Educator
* Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development principles
* Current Working with Children Check (Employee) – VIC
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
* Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
* Australian work rights (Citizen, PR, or appropriate visa)
