What You'll Do
* Provide case management and tailored support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and families.
* Build strong community partnerships with agencies, carers, and families to create sustainable support networks.

* You have experience in child protection, community services, or supporting vulnerable children and families.
* You possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work sensitively with diverse communities.
