* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver proactive, person-led interventions that empower individuals to better understand their mental health
* Lead with confidence, work autonomously, show initiative and guide clinical practice with clarity and compassion
* Bring clinical expertise, apply a deep understanding of mental health interventions to support meaningful outcomes
* Build strong partnerships, collaborate with allied health professionals and community networks to expand choice and support for participants
* Champion recovery, embed person-led, recovery-oriented practices into every aspect of care
* Empower others, deliver psycho-education and training to build the capacity of non-clinical staff and strengthen the whole team

Requirements:

* Possession of tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Occupational Therapy or other allied health disciplines recognised by the tertiary mental health services sector
* Eligibility for membership of the appropriate professional body (e.g. APHRA, AASW)
* Specialist mental health skills and experience working in a clinical setting
* Ability to assess performance deficiencies and invoke reasonable effective and supportive programs for improvement
* Advanced understanding and demonstrated application of recovery-oriented services
