Financial Controller – Aerobond Group
Looking for a qualified Accountant to drive financial insight and cashflow management as the newly created Financial Controller at Aerobond Group, a South Australian–based advanced manufacturing and sustainment company in aviation, defence and space sectors. The role focuses on project‐based finance, manufacturing finance, compliance with contracts and collaboration with operations, engineering and executive teams.
Responsibilities
* Own day‐to‐day finance function, delivering robust reporting, cashflow oversight and cost control.
* Support operations and project teams with financial insight and forecasting.
* Shape and improve finance processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
* Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
* Qualified Accountant with demonstrable experience in manufacturing or project‐based finance.
* Strong cashflow management and analytical skills.
* Proactive, solutions‐focused and capable of working autonomously.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
