With projects operating across multiple locations throughout Victoria, we are continuing to grow and are seeking experienced Plant Operators and Labourers to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to further their career within the civil construction and utilities industry. Previous experience within the VESI construction industry and working around live underground services is highly regarded, but not essential.
Essential Job Requirements
· White Card / Construction Industry Induction
· HR Truck Licence or above
· Minimum 2 years’ experience operating excavators and other plant within civil construction
· Ability to read and interpret plans and DBYD information
· Understanding of DBYD requirements and underground service locating
· Strong communication and teamwork skills with crews, Supervisors and Management
· Commitment to leading by example in health, safety, environmental and workplace standards, while ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard of quality workmanship
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Pride in workmanship and commitment to high standards
· Willingness to work regular overtime and some LAFHA/remote work where required

* Experience in underground asset locating
* Previous VESI industry experience or accreditation
