Bella Casa Noosa is a Tourism Queensland award winning resort on busy Hastings Street, Noosa Heads. We are currently seeking a motivated, experienced & passionate Front Office Receptionist to join our small front office team on a casual/ part time basis.

The position will be set shifts which would consist of every Saturday & Sunday plus rotating fortnightly mid week shifts. The role is approximately 45 hours per fortnight. Additional hours will be available to cover staff leave from time to time. Potential for growth within the company for the right person. There is also the provision to pick up additional hours in other departments at the resort such as housekeeping. This role will commence October 2025.
The successful applicant MUST HAVE the following attributes:
* Strata property software experience (preferred) Resly experience (desirable)
* Previous experience in a similar reception role
* Knowledge of strata property hotels (preferred)
* Exceptional customer service and outgoing personality
* Well presented
* Punctual and proven time management capability
* Team player with a positive can do attitude
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Flexibility to work across departments
