Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office, handling enquiries from clients and tenants, and providing administrative support to the property management and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Opening and closing the office, directing and managing a busy switchboard.
* Taking enquiries from clients and tenants.
* General administration to the property management and sales team.
* Managing stock control, banking, mail and couriers.
* Maintaining the key register and window boards.
* Updating rental lists and coordinating home opens.
* Receipting rents, advertising and sales deposits.
* Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits etc.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in an office environment, preferably within the real estate industry.
* A confident personality to manage enquiries professionally.
* Corporate presentation as they are representing the agency.
* Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative.
* A sense of humour and a strong team player mentality.
