About this role:
Key Responsibilities
* Support daily operations of the warehouse and trade centre.
* Deliver high-quality customer service, including order processing, communication, and stock management.
* Process documentation such as ROSAs, dangerous goods paperwork, sales, and delivery documents.
* Manage inventory: receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatching, cycle counts, and stocktakes.
* Handle damaged stock and customer enquiries/complaints.
* Pursue purchasing, dispatch, and invoicing tasks as required.
* Assist with reporting, data entry, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain safety, housekeeping (5S), and environmental standards, including immediate spill control.
* Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with the trade centre team.
* Conduct routine equipment checks and report defects.
