As a Luxury Brand Evaluator, you will engage with customers, observe carefully, and provide honest feedback through our platform. You will have the freedom to choose your assignments and align them with your personal preferences and profile.
You will visit luxury stores or evaluate online, engaging with sales associates in the stores or from the comfort of your home. You will observe carefully, taking note of various aspects of the shopping experience, including ambience, customer service, and after-sales support.
To be successful in this role, you must be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments. You should enjoy interacting with people and have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of the shopping experience.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the automobile industry and be able to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases. They should also be prompt in filling out online surveys and be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
