A day in the life of a Front Office Attendant
* Create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm, friendly and attentive service
* Stay up to date on reception emails and phone calls and action administrative tasks as quickly as possible
* Lean into teamwork and assist with accommodation, bistro and booking duties as required
Qualifications
* Guest service mindset: every moment matters
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and detail orientation; motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates
* Highly organised with strong computer skills
Inherent Requirements
* This hands‑on role involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
