In 2022, in our 39 markets, we helped more than 2 million people find a job that feels good and advised over 230,000 clients on their talent needs.Key duties and responsibilitiesFacilitating the identification of digital system related business needs and processes, monitoring and collating data, identifying competing demands, organisational changes and current responsibilities.Evaluating effectiveness of proposed solutions and design in conjunction with stakeholders and subject matter experts.Providing project level analysis and producing required analysis documentation.Designing and delivering workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.
