As a Data Entry/Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data, as well as contributing to the development of new processes and procedures.
About the Role
This project is focused on remediating and enhancing historical data in a secure case management system. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing identified records for potential duplicates, accurately remediating duplicate entries based on a defined set of data rules and business logic, and maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the highest level of integrity.

Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in data entry, data cleansing, or data quality control, ideally within government or large enterprise environments.
* A strong understanding of data integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* The ability to work efficiently and independently to review and update large volumes of data against defined business rules.
* Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment in identifying potential duplicates or data inconsistencies.
* Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in a professional and discreet manner.
* Familiarity with ERP systems or case management tools is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues when required.
* A current NV1 Security Clearance.
