The Tasmanian State Service (TSS) is the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the Tasmanian community at all levels and within various sectors.Primary Health North provides care to people living in Northern Tasmania, with this role based out of the Allambi building.You will be joining a supportive and motivated team focused on delivering improved health outcomes through safe, quality, and clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with clients, their families, and other health professionals.The Role:Provides administrative support to the Community Continence and Wound Care services, Primary Health Clinical Educators, and occasionally to Primary Health management, including preparing minutes and agendas for meetings.Coordinates information flow by arranging minutes, preparing routine correspondence, and inputting data to ensure efficient clinical service delivery.Ensures timely contact and feedback to clients to maintain high-quality service delivery.Note: Please refer to the Statement of Duties to address all selection criteria in your application.Why Tasmania:The Department of Health Tasmania oversees hospitals including the Royal Hobart Hospital, Launceston General Hospital, Northwest Regional Hospital, and Mersey Community Hospital, along with district hospitals and ambulance services.
