Experienced Tax Consultant/Office Manager to manage our H&R Block Sale Office in Vic. We are part of the largest tax return preparation company in Australia with over 400 offices nationwide and flexible work that fits your lifestyle. Ongoing training for career growth; management experience not required.
What you will do
* Assist clients with individual and business tax preparation needs.
* Leverage your experience and knowledge to manage office operations efficiently.
* Lead and support a dynamic team, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
You will have access to H&R Block's leading tax training and ongoing professional development training year-round.
What we are looking for
* Extensive experience in individual and business tax return preparation for clients
* Willingness to undertake ongoing professional development training
* Good analytical skills
* Computer and office skills

* Committed to providing the best service to our clients
* Great at communicating and explaining concepts
Previous experience managing staff is not required – we will give you the support and training you need to get into management.
