Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Lead quarterly business planning and annual joint business planning sessions to align account strategies with market needs
* Manage offline and online promotional plans to maximize return on investment (ROI) and align with product strategies
* Coordinate the launch of new products within assigned accounts, including distribution, promotion, display, and training plans
* Monitor and manage weekly stock levels within assigned accounts
* Enhance retailer capabilities through training and development initiatives
