We are currently looking for a **passionate Assistant Store Manager to lead and support our store in Pacific Fair Shopping Centre**
**Key Responsbilities**:
- Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations
- Effectively manage store rosters and timesheet approvals
- Lead by example in customer service, ensures staff are trained to deliver above and beyond service
- Ensure the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
- Working with HR team to recruit team members with the correct cultural fit and competencies
- Provides team with a quality induction and introduction to the brand and store operation
- Provides direction and appropriate feedback to team
- Proactive approach in loss prevention/ stock management
- 2+ years management experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail sales or hospitality environment
- Strong commercial acumen to achieve outstanding sales budgets and KPIs
- An eye for detail and high visual merchandising standards
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service
- The ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage, motivate and lead a team to reach their potential
- Passion and knowledge of the brand or art toys
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $64,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
