About the Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients and the wide variety of visitors who use their facilities.
Responsibilities
* Cleaning and maintaining public-facing facilities such as concourses, waiting areas, staff rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas
* Performing routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste removal
* Cleaning glass, windows, barriers, and other surfaces to ensure a polished presentation
* Replenishing consumables and ensuring all supplies are fully stocked
* Promptly reporting maintenance, safety concerns, or unusual occurrences to supervisors
* Ensuring all cleaning equipment is used, stored, and maintained correctly
* Following cleaning schedules and site-specific procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
Our cleaners are the face of BIC Consolidated and play a pivotal role in delivering the service commitment we have made to our clients.
Work Schedule
This is a Part-Time position with the following work schedule:
* Saturday and Sunday 6pm-7pm (1-hour shift)
Qualifications
* Strong focus on time management and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Excellent presentation
* Must be reliable, flexible and adaptable
* Good command of English language
* A police clearance certificate, Tax file number, and Superannuation are required
* Previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred)
