* Hammar side loaders (service and repair only)
* HMF truck-mounted cranes (service, repair, and installation)
* West-Trans skip loaders and hook lifts (service, repair, and installation)

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day workshop operations and installations
* Lead and support a team of technicians and admin staff
* Ensure high-quality service output and safety compliance
* Drive branch growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with national sales, service, and technical teams
Qualifications
* 5+ years' experience in heavy equipment or truck body servicing
* 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
* Strong mechanical understanding of truck-mounted systems
* Great people leadership and communication skills
* Sound business, WH&S, and quality control knowledge
