We are seeking a skilled Workshop Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating workshop activities, managing data, and ensuring timely reporting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, keeping equipment organized, and facilitating effective communication with internal stakeholders.
* Create and manage work orders for civil maintenance teams using specialized software.
* E nsure data consistency between different systems.
* Generate QR codes for machinery pre-starts.
* Process invoices and purchase orders through the designated platforms.
* Maintain accurate machine meter readings and job allocations.
* Coordinate bookings for road sweepers and assist with equipment hire/off-hire.
* Support asset setup, movement tracking, and disposals.
* Liaise with subcontractors and assist with parts ordering.
* Prepare monthly reports and manage timesheets and invoice approvals.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time position based at our workshop. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management abilities, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

* Experience using systems such as AMT and CMMS.
