The Role:
· Oversee and manage HR-related case management processes, including employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations, ensuring confidential and effective resolution.
· Collaborate with team leaders and managers to address employee concerns and maintain a positive and supportive workplace culture.
· Ensure all HR practices comply with employment laws and aged care industry regulations.
· Develop and implement strategies related to workplace health, safety, and emotional well-being for staff.
· Maintain detailed records and reporting on HR cases to ensure transparency and compliance.
Your Profile:
* Extensive experience in both the Aged Care sector and Case Management
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including workplace investigations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.
