Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of E- commerce, based in Brisbane, QLD, with a mix of on-site and remote work flexibility. The candidate will be required to meet several times throughout the year at the Taipei and Tokyo office as well as attend sporting events throughout the world. The Director of Ecommerce will oversee and drive all aspects of the company's online sales and digital presence. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, leading a team, and optimizing the customer shopping experience to meet revenue and growth targets. The role requires collaboration across various departments to align business goals and deliver exceptional online service and customer engagement.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in E-commerce and E-business, with experience developing and managing online sales platforms
* Strong Analytical Skills for assessing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize operations
* Expertise in Sales and crafting effective strategies for revenue growth and customer acquisition
* Team Management skills to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
* Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities
* Proven experience in a similar leadership or e-commerce role
* Knowledge of the cycling, sports, or outdoor apparel industry is a strong advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
